In the community, Thear is active through Board service with the Dallas Women’s Foundation, Dallas Holocaust Museum, Circle Ten Council, National Boy Scouts of America, SMU Lyle School of Engineering Executive Board, and the National Asian-American & Pacific Islander Chamber of Commerce.

Thear is a Biomedical Engineering graduate of SMU. She has been recognized by Consulting Magazine with the “Women Leaders in Consulting Future Leader” award, YW Mentors & Allies Award, NAAAP 100 Award, Each Moment Matters Award, and she has been featured in Forbeswomen.com, Working Mother’s Magazine, The Little PINK Book, Diversity Inc. Thear has been included in several publications including a book called “Powering Up! How America’s Women Achievers Become Leaders”, the Everest Project research study called Women Redefining Corporate America, Understanding and Engaging High Net worth Donors of Color, and in EY’s Journeys that Inspire.

Thear lives in Plano, Texas with her husband Eric and their four sons.

Tracey Doi serves as Chief Financial Officer and Group Vice President for Toyota Motor North America responsible for finance, accounting, vehicle cost, tax, treasury and shared services. Toyota (NYSE:TM) is committed to advancing sustainable, next-generation mobility through the Toyota and Lexus brands. Toyota Motor North America has created a tremendous value chain with 46,000 team members, 2.7 million vehicle sales and 2.1 million vehicles produced annually in 14 manufacturing plants.

Tracey is an executive member of the North American Management Committee that sets strategy, midterm business plans, and drives opportunities to increase competitiveness. She serves on the Audit, Benefit, and Divisional Executive committees. Recently, Tracey transitioned Toyota’s accounting and finance operations from three locations to Toyota’s new state-of-the-art North American headquarters in Plano, Texas.

Tracey is an independent board director for City National Bank, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada. She chairs the Audit committee and is a member of the Risk committee. Previously Tracey served on the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco Economic Advisory Committee.

Tracey is an active board member of the National Asian American Pacific Islander Chamber of Commerce, Japanese American National Museum, US-Japan Council, 2020 Women on Boards, and volunteers for the Orchid Giving Circle at the Dallas Women’s Foundation. Tracey was honored three times by Automotive News as one of the Top 100 Women in the automotive industry.

Executive Director, J.P. Morgan

Charmaine Tang is an Executive Director of the Private Bank with J.P. Morgan, where she advises her clients on complex issues, including wealth transfer, investing, tax planning, charitable giving, leverage, and traditional banking.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Charmaine was Senior Vice President at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, where she was the Philanthropic Market Executive for the Central and West regions. In this role, Charmaine led the philanthropic practice for U.S. Trust® clients, working with nonprofit institutions, philanthropic individuals, and families on charitable giving.

Charmaine also served as Executive Director of the March of Dimes Foundation – Dallas, as well as CEO and entrepreneur of a local business. She was VP and Equity Research Analyst on the Retailing team at Citi Investment Research and the Media team at Morgan Stanley. Charmaine made frequent appearances as a stock expert on CNBC, ABC, Fox, NPR, PBS, and at industry conferences.

Charmaine is passionate about philanthropy and charitable work. She serves on the boards of the Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education & Tolerance, The Dallas Women's Foundation, and The March of Dimes Foundation – Dallas. Charmaine is a founding member of the Orchid Giving Circle for Asian-American women at Dallas Women’s Foundation and the Kids Against Hunger Council at the North Texas Food Bank. She is an active volunteer and serves on the parents’ associations at her children’s schools: St. Mark’s School of Texas and The Lamplighter School.

Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, from New York University’s Stern School of Business in Finance and Accounting, with a minor in Politics. She is a member of the CFA Institute. Charmaine was born and raised in New York City and resides in Dallas with her husband, 11-year old son, and 9-year old daughter. She loves travel, skiing, and spending time with her family.
