Partner, Speyside Group

Amy Glover has over twenty years of public affairs and business experience regionally and joined Speyside from the Washington, D.C. based consultancy McLarty Associates where she developed and led the Mexico practice. Prior to this, Amy lived in Mexico City for over a decade where she worked as a risk manager for Citibank, a public affairs consultant for multinational companies and most recently as the Director of External Affairs at the American Chamber of Commerce of Mexico. She has a BA in political science from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in economics and Latin American studies from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

Amy sits on the advisory board of Consejo Sano, a technology-based start-up that provides health services to the Hispanic community in the US and has been an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations of Mexico (COMEXI) since 2005. A frequent commentator in the U.S. and Mexican press, she has a regular column in the national newspaper, Milenio. She speaks Spanish fluently and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Mexico.

Founding Partner, Ezentia Leadership Solutions

Claudia Hardy is a Partner at Ezentia Leadership Solutions. She holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from IPADE, Mexico. She began her career in equity research at Credit Suisse in New York and went on to join Merrill Lynch in Los Angeles, specializing in equity research for Latin American companies. Later, she worked at Compass Group, occupying positions of increasing responsibility in asset management, from equity portfolio manager to Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Compass Group Mexico and CIO of Compass Group in New York. Afterward, she worked at GE Capital as Senior Risk Officer for Risk Management. In 2011, along with two partners, she founded Verdeja Hardy Ysenburg, later Ezentia Leadership Solutions. Claudia is Founder and currently Vice President of the Consejo de Empresarias y Ejecutivas A.C., Mexico Co-Chair of Women on Boards 2020 and has been an Invited Professor at IPADE.  She is a Fellow of the IWF Leadership Foundation Program, a leading international executive program developed by the International Women´s Forum in conjunction with Harvard Business School and Insead.  

Founding Partner, Ezentia Leadership Solutions

Alexandra zu Ysenburg grew up in Spain, Brazil, Mexico, and Germany. She graduated in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, majoring in Human Resource Management and Logistics.

She started her professional career in Arthur Andersen Management Consulting, Frankfurt.  As a consultant, she worked in multinationals mainly in the construction, technology, and public sectors, focusing on Strategic Management and Process Reengineering.

In 1996 she became CEO of a logistics firm based in Mexico City specialized food and beverage distribution.  Subsequently, she joined Allianz Mexico as head of marketing and later on, she participated in launching Allianz financial products in the Mexican market.

Since 2011 she co-founded Ezentia Leadership Solutions, Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm, where she currently leads the Automotive and Industrial Practices.
