The National Conversation on Board Diversity: 11/20/14

On November 20, 2014 in cities across the U.S. and throughout the world, C-Suite and senior executives discussed:

"What will it take for the U.S. to become a global leader in the advancement of women to company boards?"

Will states or the federal government need to legislate change?
Will a SEC or legislative ‘comply or explain’ directive work?
Will women need to be more visible on the issue?
Will men need to be more vocal in their support of the inclusion movement?
Will shareholders need to engage on the question of diversity?

Thank you to everyone who made the third annual National Conversation on Board Diversity such a success!
